Summer Employment Opportunities 2017
All candidates must complete an on-line application. Please note, due to a high volume of applications only the candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
The application is designed with a series of questions that will give our hiring team a better idea of your experience, qualities and skills in relations to a camp setting. Please ensure that you have all your information handy (including your work experience and two (2) professional references) as you cannot save your application to complete it later.

Interview Dates and Details
Summer Camp Counsellors: March 4, 5
Interviews are now complete for our Summer Camp Counsellors. We may have positions that open up closer to the summer month. For this reason we encourage any interested candidates to submit an application this way we have interested candidates information on file to contact should we have any future openings.
Summer Camp Counsellors-In-Training (CITs): April 1 and May 6.
Candidates are encouraged to submit an application at their earliest convenience. Interviews will take place on April 1 and May 6. The interview format will be a short one-on-one interview with a member of the RA Leadership Team. Concluding the one-on-one interview, candidates will be brought into a group interview, which consists of various team building games.
Pool & Aquatics Staff: March 25 and May 6
Those interested in becoming apart of our Aquatics Camp Team or in a Aquatics Instructor or Lifeguard position at our pool must attend an interview and water screening. Because our pool is an outdoor pool, the interview and screening will take place at the Canterbury pool on the evenings of March 25 and May 6. The interview is a short one-on-one interview with the Pool and Aquatics Supervisors. Concluding the interview, candidates will proceed to their in-water screening. This portion of the screening allows the Supervisors to evaluate swimming, life-saving and first-aid skills both as individuals and in team settings. The in-water screening will be similar to NLS testing.
