A new fitness challenge!
This program combines drills that build strength, cardio and core conditioning. Conducted in an intense, yet fun circuit format, it’s a great way to start the day!

Triathlon Training with Helen Bolt
This seminar is designed for anyone interested in trying their first triathlon. Get answers to your first questions: what it takes to compete, what types of events there are, what equipment you will need, how to start training, what the training phases aer and how to transition.

Helen will give you some practical tips on how to set up a training plan that will lead you to your goal.

Junior Strength Circuit
This conditioning class will give youths, ages 14 and older, the opportunity to build strength and endurance in a circuit format. This small group class will include a learning component to educate about correct posture, exercise selection and progression.

Strength Training for Fifty Plus
Effective strength training can benefit everyone. If you are concerned about your body weight, blood pressure, body composition or loss of muscle mass, try participating in this supervised program for senior strength training. Each session focuses on correct form and exercise safety.

Off Season Cycling
with Mad Dog Instructor Gilles Monvoisin
During this 16 week program, Gilles will lead you through a balanced training plan that will help improve your anaerobic capacity, pedaling technique and breathing efficiency. Enjoy the long ride and a strength training component!
Act quickly - registration is limited to nine people. .
