Tai ChiFIT

Tai Chi is the Chinese art of slow-moving meditation using dance-like, low-impact movements. In these classes, one will learn Tai Chi forms, slow diaphragm breathing and improve balance while increasing circulation and strength. These stress-reducing exercises are great for all age groups and especially beneficial to improve coordination and balance.

Sessions
Fall: 12 weeks: Sept. 15 to Dec. 16
Winter: 12 weeks: Jan. 7 to Mar. 27
Spring: 12 weeks: Mar. 28 to June 26
Note: Some sessions are 10 or 11 weeks in length to accommodate holidays. Fees will be prorated accordingly.
