Yoga - Basic and Beyond
This yoga class blends strength and flexibility to cultivate physical balance and spiritual nourishment. Appropriate for novice yogis and those who enjoy a basic practice.
a) Tues. 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.
b) Tues. 7:00 - 8:15 p.m.
c) Sat. 8:45 - 10:00 a.m.
Yoga - Progressive with Pat Dymond
A vinyasa style (flow) of sequencing will be employed to synchronize movement with the breath and to further explore the balance between strength and flexibility. This class is appropriate for those wishing to deepen their practice and delve into yoga at a progressive (moderate / vigorous) level.
a) Wed. 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Yoga - Kundalini with Shirley King
Kundalini Yoga incorporates postures, dynamic breathing techniques, chanting, meditation and mantra to access inner wisdom and help one realize their potential. Whether you are a new student or have years of experience, this class will help to release tension and increase vitality.
a) Tues. 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Yoga - Family & Youth
An ideal way to get stared on a Yoga program. For ages 8 and up, it is a great way to introduce posture basics, breathing technique, and experience the benefits of a regular Yoga practice. Mothers and daughters, fathers and sons, athletic teens, are all welcome.
a) Sat. 10:15 - 11:30 a.m.
Sessions - 12 weeks
Fall: Sept. 15 to Dec. 16
Winter: Jan. 7 to Mar. 27
Spring: Mar. 28 to June 26
Note: Some sessions are 10 or 11 classes in length to accommodate holidays. Fees will be prorated accordingly.
