The RA’s Ray Kinsella Arena is home to the Learn-to-Skate program. This program is headed by Phyliss Smith who has been teaching for over 30 years.

Instruction
The adult beginner course is for those new to skating and the improver course is for those who wish to improve existing skills. Tuesday lessons are based on a minimum of 6 participants.

Adult Beginner and Improver

9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Tues. Sept. 18 to Nov. 6
  9:30 - 10:20 a.m.
2. Sat. Nov 10 - Jan. 12
  (no class Dec. 22 & Dec. 29)

Tues. Nov. 13 to Jan. 15
  (no class Dec. 18 & Dec. 29)
  9:30 - 10:20 a.m.
3. Sat. Jan. 19 to Mar. 8

Fee: $100 RA member
  $125 non-member

Junior Instruction
The junior program is for children with some skating ability, or those who have graduated from the RA’s peewee program. The peewee program is for children ages 4 to 5.

Open Skating
Members may skate for free on Sunday afternoons from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. from October to March. No Open Skating on December 23 and December 30.
