One of the strengths of the Association is the various sports and recreational clubs, each provides outstanding programs, support and services to members. These nineteen clubs operate under the direction of their own Volunteer Club Executive Committee. Collectively, these activities are supported by more than 4,500 members.
The clubs include: Aikido, Archery, Badminton, Camps, Canoe Camping, Chess, Curling, Duplicate Bridge, Euchre, Fencing, Fifty Plus, Gun, Judo, Photo, Racquetball, Squash, Stamp, Ski/Snowboard and Tennis.
As well, a variety of other recreation activities that are outside of the various Club programs are offered including: First-Aid & CPR training.
