MEN'S NON-CONTACT Hockey League

FALL/WINTER – Team Registration League
This non-contact hockey league offers opportunities for all skill levels. From former NHLers to the recreational player, from teenagers to 70-something, our dynamic league scores as everyone’s highlight of the night. This league has multiple levels of play including “open” and “restricted age” divisions.  The games are held Monday through Friday nights starting primarily at 6:30 pm and all day Sundays starting at 8:30 am. Teams play from October to April followed by playoffs with about half the regular season games on weekdays and half on weekends.

 

Fee (2014-2015 season): $ 4,735 per team - includes RA membership  

 

Team Registration: Each year our leagues can accommodate a few new teams. Depending on where the vacancies are, new teams are selected from the League Waiting List. We invite new teams to send their team bio including age and caliber range to Mark Fish, Manager, League Operations at mfish@racentre.com for consideration.

Individual players: If you are looking for a team, we will be happy to pass on your name to teams looking for players. Send your information to Mark Fish, Manager, League Operations at mfish@racentre.com or you can indicate your interest by completing the Interested Player Form by clicking the “I want to play link!” at left.

 

MEN'S OVER 50 Hockey League

FALL/WINTER – House League (Individual Registration)

50 is just a number, it’s what’s in the head and heart that matters, and the popular Men’s Over 50 House League is filled with guys who know that every day counts. This house league has 3 divisions to fit all playing abilities and offers one afternoon game per week on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. Tuesday is designed for those players whose overall skill level limits their ability to play in the Wednesday and Friday groups. Wednesday is designed for the higher skilled player while Friday is designed for an intermediate level of play.

 

Fee (2014-2015 season): Tues or Fri $ 332 RA member
  Wed (two referee system) $ 358 RA member

 

Registration is on an individual basis. Returning players from the immediate past season have priority registration up to and including August 31 of the current year. New players can register as of September at the RA’s Member Services Desk providing space
is available. Please note - Individuals who are not currently RA members must also join the Association at the time of registration

 

WOMEN'S RECREATIONAL LEAGUE

FALL/WINTER – House League (Individual Registration)

“Why let the guys have all the fun?” That was the starting premise behind the creation of our Women’s Recreational House League in the fall of 1997. This hugely popular league now has 170 players drafted into 12 teams. This Saturday Night league is designed for the beginner level player although players of moderate skill may also be accepted.

 

Fee (2014-2015 season): $ 332 RA member  

 

Registration is on an individual basis. Returning players from the immediate past season have priority registration up to and including August 31 of the current year. New players can register as of September at the RA’s Member Services Desk providing space is available.
