The CMA LifeFIT Canada Centre is a membership based employee fitness centre, which delivers a wide range of health and fitness services to the employees of the Canadian Medical Association.

The facility is located in the CMA’s head office on Alta Vista Drive in Ottawa, Ontario.  

Hours of operation:
During all building hours

Fitness professionals on duty:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. plus other times by appointment. 

For a complete schedule of activities and to view the facilities, please stop by the Centre anytime during staff hours.  The trainers will be happy to provide you with details on the services of the centre as well as membership fees.  You can download the program guide by clicking here.
