A fun, high energy workout based on the exercises boxers use to keep fit. This is a non-contact program. Everyone of any fitness level can participate. Beach Body Boxing offers a way for people with little interest in contact boxing to benefit from the fitness that the sport can bring. A typical class may involve shadow boxing, hitting pads, circuit training, and extensive core work all mingled with fitness games, boxing technique and a "bootcamp" theme. With Beach Body Boxing you will forget you're working out because you will be having so much fun. All gloves and equipment are supplied. Burn up to 1000 calories a class!
