This is a myofascial stretching class which addresses every single spinal segment from the joint between the skull and the first vertebrae through to the lumbar sacral joint. It also has postures to help release the SI (sacro-iliac) joint. Pam Forth will introduce you to the stretching techniques used to stretch the spine (ELDOA) and strengthen your muscles.
