Aikido is an efficient, practical and lawful system of self-defense. It relies only on the strength strictly necessary to subdue an attacker. Virtually an unlimited range of techniques are designed to redirect an opponent’s energy against them, while none aim to cause permanent damage. This allows the defender to use minimum energy in controlling an attacker.
RA Aikido offers personalized teaching to youth (14 yrs and older), men, and women of all ages. Students develop self-confidence and flexibility, along with physical and mental fitness. Instruction is provided by a certified black belt instructor.
