Welcome to the RA Curling Club
The RACC is proud to offer leagues for all ages and skill levels. As an active club, we offer day and evening leagues, junior and little rock curling. Our curlers range from novice to competitive curlers. If you are new to our club, new in the area or new to curling, our volunteer convenors and executive committee members will help you locate a team. New curlers enjoy free instructional clinics courtesy of our certified instructors and participate in our mentoring program.
The club hosts a number of intra-club events with the emphasis on fun. Included are the Men’s Metro, Men’s City of Ottawa, the OVCA Mixed, the Women’s Crystal Heart, OCA and LCA events.

Evening Leagues
The RACC offers various curling options. Individuals interested in joining a fixed league who are not already part of a team, should contact the Recreation Department at 613-733-5100 (ext. 336) to be put on the “single curler” list which is made available to the league convenors. A special Information & Registration Night will be held on September 10, 2008 at 7 p.m. in the Clark Hall.

Monday OR Wednesday Open Draw - 7:05 p.m. & 9:15 p.m.
Members sign up individually and are placed on a team by the convener for a six-week draw. Every six weeks, a new sign up sheet is posted and the process starts again. Members indicate their preferred position (lead, second, third, skip). This league offers new curlers a friendly environment to develop their technique while the experienced curlers sharpen their skills.
