Annual General Meeting - November 17, 2011
The Annual General Meeting of the Recreation Association of the Public Service of Canada will be held Thursday, November 17, 2011 in the Canada Room, 2451 Riverside Drive, Ottawa commencing at 7:30 p.m. Meeting packages will be available for members to pick up from the Member Services Desks as of Thursday, November 10. All members are encouraged to attend.

At this meeting President Gilles Vézina will present the 2010-2011 Annual Report. Proposed changes to the Association’s Constitution & Bylaws will be presented for ratification by the voting members.

All members wishing to put forward a Notice of Motion may do so providing it is received in writing by the Secretary to the Board of Directors on or before 9:30 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2011. Proposed amendments should be placed in a sealed envelope and labelled “Amendments to the Association By-laws” and mailed to the Secretary of the Board of Directors or delivered to the RA Centre on or before the deadline.
