The LifeFIT Canada Centre at the Rideau Tennis Club
Whatever your age, whatever your fitness goals, you will find the LifeFIT Canada Centre at the Rideau Tennis Club a welcome haven for both body and spirit.
Our fitness area includes resistance-training equipment, free weights, stretching area and cardiovascular equipment. The LifeFIT Canada fitness professionals will assist with the design of personalized physical activity programs. The staff also provides extensive programming, which includes group fitness classes, healthy living workshops, and a variety of special events.
Members can take part in top-notch wellness classes and arrange for personal training services for additional fees.

Fitness - Full Membership
Individuals selecting this option can use the Centre during all hours of operation as well as take part in all the group fitness classes on the schedule.

Fitness - Senior Membership
Individuals who are 65 years of age or older can use the Centre during hours all hours of operation as take part in the day group fitness classes on the schedule.

Fitness - Intermediate membership
Individuals who are between 16 and 25 years of age can use the Centre during all hours of operation and take part in the group fitness classes on the schedule. Students who are 14 and 15 years old may apply for similar privileges and must be approved by a LifeFIT Canada Staff before purchasing the membership.

Fitness - Family membership
Up to four individuals from the same immediate family may join the Centre as family members. One of the individuals must be an adult. All others must be 16 years or older.

Registration
If you are interested in learning more about LifeFIT Canada Centre at the Rideau Tennis Club, we would be delighted to provide you with materials highlighting the centre's programs and activities, and an application for membership. We also invite you to tour the Centre; weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., and weekends between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Registration must be completed in person. The Member Services Staff at the Rideau Tennis Club will be happy to assist you. Their office is open; weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Club accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cheque, Cash and Interac.
