OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT

Recognizes the achievements of an individual at the regional, provincial, national or international level

CRITERIA
To be eligible to receive the Outstanding Achievement Award, an individual should meet the following requirements:

• be 18 years of age and over at the time of nomination
• have distinguished themselves and brought recognition to the RA through their endeavours

Must be affiliated with the RA in some capacity. May or may not be a member of the RA.  

APPLICATION 

• Each nomination form must be signed by the nominator and a seconder, who are voting members in good standing at the time of nomination.
• Each nomination form must be accompanied by two letters of support detailing the nominee’s contribution and the impact of the contribution.
