All candidates must complete an on-line application. Please note, due to a high volume of applications only the candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
The application is designed with a series of questions that will give our hiring team a better idea of your experience, qualities and skills in relations to a camp setting. Please ensure that you have all your information handy (including your work experience, any applicable certifications and two (2) professional references) before beginning the application process.

Counsellor-In-Training (CIT) Application Form - Click to fill out on-line form
Candidates are encouraged to submit an application at their earliest convenience. Interviews will take place in April and May. The interview format will be a short one-on-one interview with a member of the RA Leadership Team. Concluding the one-on-one interview, candidates will be brought into a group interview, which consists of various team building games.
Although CITs are generally younger (ages 14-17), we encourage the applicant to contact the camp coordinator should they have questions as opposed to any parents. This is great practice entering into the work force!
Aquatic Positions: Aquatic Supervisor, Headguard, Lifeguard, Aquatics Instructor
Deadline for application - March 1, 2020
Aquatics Application Form - Click to fill out on-line form
Please note: Those interested in becoming a part of our Aquatics Team at the RA Outdoor Pool must attend an interview and water screening. Because our pool is an outdoor pool, the interview and screening will take place at an indoor pool located close to the RA. The interview is a short one-on-one interview with the Aquatics Supervisor. Concluding the interview, candidates will proceed to their in-water screening (approx two hours). This portion of the screening allows the Supervisor to evaluate swimming, life-saving and first-aid skills both as individuals and in team settings. The in-water screening will be similar to NLS testing.
