Event & Facility Bookings
Centrally located, minutes from downtown and the Ottawa airport, the RA Centre offers rooms with capacities of up to 300 for meetings, dinners and special events. An additional 13,000 sq ft are available for trade shows and exhibits. Outdoor facilities and the fully licensed Sundeck are available for BBQs and corporate functions.
The RA Event & Conference Services take great pride in our culinary program and we strive to provide you with an outstanding, delicious and memorable experience. It is our pleasure to present our delectable, multi-optional menu for your consideration. As a valued added option, we would be pleased to work with you to create a customized menu of your choice.

Ball Diamonds
The Lightenco Softball Centre offers four softball diamonds (two grass and two stone dust), as well as ample lighting for any nighttime events. Located here at our Riverside Drive location, these well-maintained facilities are a great place to host a company tournament, a family gathering or some fun with friends. Turf Field
Winter (Dome) From November through April, the full turf is divided into three playing fields under a dome. Each playing field (1/3 turf field) is available to be rented separately or in any combination, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm* (based on space availability). Looking for a place to play with family or friends? A company social event? Why not check out the RA’s West multi-purpose gymnasium. Some of the sports that have been played are basketball, volleyball, futsal and even floorball. Organizers are to bring their own balls. Nets will be provided. The RA’s sand volleyball facilities are a great way to add a fun sport to a company’s activity day. Located next to our outdoor patio, we offer two courts for your enjoyment. Organizers are to bring their own balls. Fee per hour- Per court $30 (plus HST) Outdoor Pool
The RA’s aquatic facility is open between mid-June and August. This outdoor facility is a great place to be in the summer months.
