Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:00am to 7:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am to 3:30pm
YOU MUST PRE-BOOK YOUR WORKOUT SESSION - NEW ONLINE PROCESS
You may reserve your workout session up to 7 days in advance through PlayRA (the RA's on-line registration service). Fear not – the RA Members Services staff are available to help you through this new system If you run into difficulties. In addition, if you do not have access to online booking, you may reserve your session by calling the RA's Member Services staff at 613-733-5100.

Please note that time has been left between time slots to permit staff to clean and prepare the centre for the next cohort of members. We ask that members CANCEL their reservation if they are unable to attend (either on-line or by calling 613-733-5100). We thank you for not coming into the facility if you do not feel well.

Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the RA/LifeFIT Centre (Riverside) Return-to-Play protocol. While these new measures may be viewed as onerous and restrictive they are necessary to ensure the safety and health of everyone.
