GENTLE YOGA with Christine Dery
Wednesday Mornings & Friday Afternoons

A slower paced Yoga workout ideal for those wishing to develop awareness, flexibility and strength.
 This class uses gentle postures to rejuvenate the mind and body.

 Please bring your own mat.

WARM Yin YOGA with Sylvie Paquette
Monday Afternoons

This class will introduce you to Yin yoga in a warm and relaxing setting. The postures will gradually be held longer with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving muscular flexibility. This slower and more meditative approach to yoga, is aimed at cultivating body awareness, the focus of inner silence, and releases of toxins from the body.

 Please bring your own mat.
