  • Changes or Cancellations
    Due to the Provincewide shutdown, we will not be running classes starting Thursday, December 24. Please check back at the end of January for our February class line up. Until then, stay healthy and safe and see you in the New Year!

  • Royaida's Baby has Arrived! 
    Mason has arrived! Born on December 23, 2020 at 6:27am and weighing in at 7lbs and 14 ounces. Mom, Dad and baby are doing great!

GroupFIT Schedule

Book your classes today!

 

 

  • All members are required to pre-book their workout class.
    Classes may be booked a minimum of 24 hours and up to one week in advance.
    You may reserve by email at LifeFITreservations@racentre.com or by filling out an on-line form (click here). If it is impossible for you to book by email or by completing the on-line form, a LifeFIT trainer can be reached at 613-581-2725.

  • Class cancellations: We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through this "new normal" and look to understand the demand for and timing of classes.  Class cancellations are to be expected if minimum requirements are not met. You will be notified the day before (by phone or email) if the class will not be held.  If you cannot attend your reserved class, please notify us as soon as possible by phone at 613-581-2725 or email at LifeFITreservations@racentre.com.

  • Every member must complete the participant Acknowledgement, Assumption of Risks, Waiver and Release of Claims – Coronavirus (COVID-19) form prior to coming in for your first workout. Click here to complete. Please note: this form is the same one that is required for the LifeFIT Centre. No need to complete it again if you have already done so.

  • Please familiarize yourself with the RA/LifeFIT (Riverside) Return-to-Play protocol (click to read).

 

 

All GroupFIT classes on the following schedule are included in all LifeFIT Memberships.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Bamboo Barre:
Bamboo Barre is a high energy, low impact fitness class that fuses together a variety of exercises and poses from yoga, Pilates and ballet to bring you a workout that improves posture, strength, flexibility and balance

BodyFIT Barre
This workout is based on strength for the whole body. This class is perfect for all fitness levels.

Buns'N Guns
35 minute exercise to help you strengthen and tone those Buns and Guns! 

Cardio Tone: This class adds everything cardio and muscle conditioning. A perfect way to break up your day!

FusionFIT
This class is a blend of traditional Yoga and Pilates movements that will improve skeletal posture, strengthen muscles and work the core.

Interval
A multi-level class alternating between strength training and cardio drills with the option to work at your own level.

MuscleFIT/Plus
This class focuses on strengthening all the major muscle groups, on improving your musculature and the overall performance of your functional movement. The class will incorporate the use of STEPS, hand weights, body bars, tubing and the stability ball.

Muscle & Movement
Gentle low impact aerobics followed by muscle toning using various equipment. These classes are perfect for those who have joint instability, heart or medical conditions.

Tai Chi
This special class will focus on Tai Chi fitness. Enjoy a gentle way to tone and strengthen your body as well as improve concentration, coordination and balance.
