TEMPORARY CLOSURE - All RA in-person programs, activities and services are temporarily suspended. 

The Province of Ontario has mandated that all indoor recreational and sports facilities (including the RA Centre) are to close until January 31. Read the January 20 update... 

During this closure, we will be operating with minimal staff on a reduced schedule and will do our best to respond to members as quickly as possible. Although there is no access to the building, Member Services will be available, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm by phone at 613-733-5100 and e-mail at info@racentre.com. We apologize in advance for any delay or inconvenience.

GroupFIT & SpinFIT CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Bamboo Barre- Bamboo Barre is a high energy, low impact fitness class that fuses together a variety of exercises and poses that improves posture, strength, flexibility and balance.

Barre– A workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Focus is on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

BodyFIT – A mostly cardio workout with easy-to-follow choreography and low impact movements

Boot Camp - Advanced athletic training for participants who want to “go hard” and who are ready to challenge their muscles and cardio vascular performance.  INTERMEDIATE or ADVANCED level only.

FusionFIT - This is a relaxing mind and body class takes from a few disciplines (Yoga, Pilates).  It is designed to improve posture, muscular strength and flexibility as well as overall wellbeing. No experience necessary. Come and feel welcomed by the music and the movement.

MuscleFIT- A full body workout to build strength and lean muscle! Pump, pump, pump it up.

SpinFIT-: Enjoy our indoor cycling program with the best combination of motivation and music to keep you fit.

Taiji - Traditional Wu Style Taiji class that is fantastic for your brain and body. Participants will be guided through this class with great care to improving muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, as well as exercising the memory for brain health.
