GroupFIT​ Schedule – September 7 to October 31,2021


YOU MUST PRE-BOOK YOUR GroupFIT CLASSES - NEW ONLINE PROCESS
You may reserve your GroupFIT Classes up to 7 days in advance through PlayRA (the RA's on-line registration service). Fear not – the RA Members Services staff are available to help you through this new system If you run into difficulties. In addition, if you do not have access to online booking, you may reserve your session by calling the RA's Member Services staff at 613-733-5100.

We ask that members CANCEL their reservation if they are unable to attend (either on-line or by calling 613-733-5100). We thank you for not coming to class if you do not feel well.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Total Body Workout – A functional, fun filled strength and conditioning class, with intensity and movement options for all levels.

BoomerFIT- Do you need a “hit” of nostalgia.  This class offers great music, and very low intensity cardio(steps maybe used as an option), with options for mobility, followed by functional large muscle strengthening and a thorough relaxing stretch.  A bit of a classic….it feels so good!

Boot Camp - Advanced athletic training for participants who want to “go hard” and who are ready to challenge their muscles and cardio vascular performance.  (INTERMEDIATE or ADVANCED level) 

Instructor’s Choice – Zumba, Dance, Drums, Move & Groove…each week you will experience a class that will get you over the “hump”. 

BodyFIT Barre- This workout is taking the fitness industry by storm… The emphasis is on posture to prevent pain, improved balance, and to rebuild muscular endurance that supports functional movement. (multi-level).

Bamboo Barre- Bamboo Barre is a potpourri of movement that fuses together a variety of exercises and poses from Yoga, Pilates, Ballet and Barre. Strengthens, mind, body and soul! (multi-level)

Taiji - Traditional Wu Style Taiji class that is fantastic for your brain and body. Participants will be guided through this class with great care to improving muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, as well as exercising the memory for brain health.

FusionFIT - Stress buster #1 – This is a relaxing mind and body class that is designed to improve posture, muscular strength and flexibility as well as overall wellbeing. No experience necessary. Come and feel welcomed by the music and the movement.

SpinFIT: Enjoy our indoor cycling program with the best combination of motivation and music to keep you fit.
