LOYALTY PROGRAM

Register your team or Club in our Loyalty Program the next time you visit the RA’s Fieldhouse, Curling Lounge or Sundeck. Simply ask your server! All we need is the Team Manager’s or Club representative's name, email address and a phone number. 

How It Works
Our Loyalty Reward Program rewards your team or Club with 5% of your Fieldhouse, Curling Lounge or Sundeck purchases (pre-tax) in Rewards Points. Every $1 spent (HST excluded) = 1 reward point. Every 100 reward points = $5 credit towards a future purchase.

Reward points will be banked and can be redeemed anytime in the Fieldhouse, Curling Lounge or Sundeck*.  Simply ask your server when your team or Club is ready. If you are ever in doubt about your points come on in and we’ll be happy to give you a point total to date.

Some Restrictions Apply:

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Points can be collected at any time and applied to any registered team, club, or, league.
  • Gratuities and taxes do not qualify towards the accumulation of points.
  • Points can only be redeemed on food and beverage purchases made in the Fieldhouse, Curling Lounge or the Sundeck.
  • Points cannot not be applied to gratuities.
  • Points cannot be applied to RA Events & Conference Services (catering or banquet).
  • Additional loyalty points are not earned when using earned loyalty points to pay for food and beverage services.
  • Only club members can collect points in club competitions held at the RA. Non-members attending these events are not eligible to add points to the club account.
  • RA Sports Teams who have multiple teams and who play in more than one sport/league may collect their Loyalty Points in one account for the purpose of bonus levels, however if they choose to combine their points into one account they will no longer be eligible to win the "Loyalty Challenge Cup". 
  • The RA reserves the right to audit and adjust loyalty points at any time.
  • The RA reserves the right to change the program at any time, without notice.

(*) Redemption period varies from activity to activity. Please verify with the Fieldhouse Supervisor; for example:

All leagues (ie: softball, hockey, volleyball, curling) have ninety (90) days from the end of season or playoffs to redeem points earned in that season.  There are no carry over points allowed from one season to the next.

All annual rentals and clubs (ie: hockey, squash, photo) have till December 31 of each calendar year to use points earned in that year.  There are no carry over points allowed to the following calendar year.
