Fun & Run
ages 9-13 | 9-week program
ages 9-13 | 9-week program
Fun & Run helps junior athletes build endurance, proper running mechanics, and confidence through a structured 9-week program. Combining weekly home-based challenges with coached Saturday run groups at the RA Centre, participants learn to run in a safe space while building friendships with fellow athletes. Designed for junior athletes of ALL skill levels, this program culminates at Run Ottawa's Run to Empower on Saturday, May 2. We hope to see all our athletes there! Please note that separate registration is required for the race event itself.

- Development of running fundamentals, including posture, stride, and pacing techniques.
- Weekly 'home missions' to encourage consistency and goal setting outside of class, with coached group sessions on Saturdays.
