RA Junior Athletes Programs
Whether your Junior Athlete is just getting started or has already developed a love of sport, these programs can help them learn, grow and succeed. Each week, Junior Athletes will learn new skills, build on skills they already have, and have fun while doing it! All Junior Athletes programs are designed with safety and fun in mind. Choose from one of five programs below and let the fun begin!

Mini BasketballAges 4-5 | 10-week program
This program is the perfect way for young athletes to build confidence and have a blast on the court. Children will engage in fun activities that focus on learning basic basketball skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting, along with an emphasis on good physical literacy, coordination and balance. Through guided play and team games, children will learn the importance of teamwork, cooperation and good sportsmanship in a supportive and positive environment. Each session includes a mix of skill drills and mini-games, allowing children to apply what they've learned in an engaging way. Novice BasketballAges 6-8 | 10-week program
This program offers a fun and engaging introduction to basketball. Junior athletes will develop essential skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense, while fostering teamwork and good sportsmanship. Through drills and games, children will improve their physical literacy, including coordination, agility, and balance, and get the chance to participate in mini-matches to practice their skills in a real game setting. Our experienced coaches create a supportive and positive environment, ensuring every child gains confidence, enjoys the learning process, and builds a love for the game. Each session is centred around fun, learning, and personal growth, making sure every young athlete feels proud of their progress. NEW! Intermediate BasketballAges 9-12 | 10-week program
The Intermediate Basketball Program offers an exciting opportunity to develop basketball skills and learn new techniques in a fun and supportive environment. Each session focuses on improving core skills like dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense, while introducing more advanced concepts such as positioning and team play. Through engaging drills, skill-building activities, and friendly scrimmages, participants will grow their confidence, coordination, and understanding of the game. The program emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal improvement, helping players progress while enjoying the experience of being part of a team. Novice Multi-Sport
Ages 6-8 | 10-week program
Our Novice Multi-Sports Program, focusses on skill development in four core sports: basketball, soccer, baseball, and football. Each session is thoughtfully structured to help children build essential skills like running, throwing, catching, and jumping, providing them with a strong athletic foundation for future success. While the program emphasizes mastery of these core sports, it also includes opportunities to explore unique and lesser-known sports, broadening their horizons and introducing them to new possibilities they may not have experienced before. Led by passionate Junior Athletes Coaches and occasional guest experts, each session fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence through engaging, inclusive activities tailored to suit all skill levels. Beyond learning techniques and improving fitness, children will make new friends, create lasting memories, and develop a lifelong love for sport in a supportive and fun environment. Intermediate Multi-Sport - NEWAges 9-12 | 10-week program
