RA Junior Athletes Programs

​Whether your Junior Athlete is just getting started or has already developed a love of sport, these programs can help them learn, grow and succeed. Each week, Junior Athletes will learn new skills, build on skills they already have, and have fun while doing it! ​All Junior Athletes programs are designed with safety and fun in mind. 

Basketball Programs 

mini basketball
Ages 4-5 | 10-week program

Learn the basics of Basketball! This program is the perfect way for Junior Athletes to develop essential skills and build their confidence on the court – all while having a blast! Children must be 4 years old by the start of the session. ​

Activities will:
  • Focus on the basics of Basketball 
  • Emphasize athleticism, coordination and balance
  • Include guided play and team-oriented exercises
  • ​Teach the importance of cooperation and teamwork
  • Provide an inclusive and constructive environment

novice basketball
Ages 6-8 | 10-week program

Develop the fundamentals! This program offers an engaging introduction to the sport of Basketball.
Children must be 6 years old by the start of the session. ​

Junior Athletes will have the opportunity to:
  • Hone essential skills and learn key tactics
  • Improve their athleticism, coordination and balance
  • Use their knowledge in a real game setting
  • Foster an appreciation for teamwork and sportsmanship
  • Enjoy an inclusive, constructive environment

Multi-Sport Programs 

novice multi-sport
Ages 6-8 | 10-week program

Foster a passion for the world of sports! This program focuses on skill development in four core sports: Basketball, Soccer, Baseball and Football. Children must be 6 years old by the start of the session.

Each session is structured to:
  • Build essential skills and techniques
  • Develop a strong athletic foundation
  • Explore unique and lesser-known sports
  • Teach the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship
  • Build confidence through engaging, inclusive activities

intermediate multi-sport
Ages 9-12 | 10-week program
​

Take your game to the next level! This program focuses on skill development in four core sports: Basketball, Soccer, Baseball and Football. 
Children must be 9 years old by the start of the session.

  • A deeper dive into fundamental techniques and strategies

Pickleball Program

pICKLEBALL
Ages 8-12 | 10-week program

Sign your kids up for our new and exciting Junior Athletes Pickleball Program! Your child can learn, grow, and have fun while developing their pickleball skills! They’ll be active, make friends and more! Designed for young athletes of ALL levels.
Children must be 8 years old by the start of the session. 

Activities will:
  • Develop a foundation through fundamentals
  • Teach new techniques
  • Encourage teamwork & sportsmanship
  • Build their confidence on the court
