RA POLICY AMENDMENT – RA Members, guests and staff are required to properly wear a recommended, well-fitting mask or face covering at all times indoors while at the RA except while actively participating in high intensity sport and fitness activity.  Mask and face covering are required outdoors when and where designated by public health regulations.

This policy amendment supersedes specific Club/Activity Return-to-Play protocols and is in place until further notice. We will reassess as the exceptional circumstances of this pandemic evolve. (07/21)

RA/LifeFIT Centre Workout Session BOOKING PROCEDURES

RA/LifeFIT members may book their workout time either online through PlayRA or by phone with the RA Member Services staff at 613-733-5100. 

Sessions may be booked up to 7 days in advance.

Upon arrival, please check in with the LifeFIT staff in the LifeFIT Centre.

Some anomalies are bound to arise as we transition to this new system.  Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

How to Book your Workout Session

Login to your PlayRA on-line registration account.

As a member (or recent past member) you already have an account. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ONE (so please ignore the "create a new account" button). If you run into difficulties getting started, please contact the RA Member Services at 613-733-5100 or by email at info@racentre.com to have your membership account linked to your online profile. It is important to have your accounts linked to ensure that as a current LifeFIT member you receive the $0 fee for booking your workout session.


Once you have logged in, you will be on the Home page. Please select "Schedule a visit" on the right hand side of the screen.


This will take you to the Online Booking page.

  • Select RA Centre from the drop-down menu under Facilities - Club - Be sure to do this first! 
  • Select LifeFIT under Category
  • Select LifeFIT Drop in under Activities
  • Click on green View Timetable button at lower right of screen


  • Select the date for which you wish to book.
  • You will now see all the available time slots. Each time slot will have a number below the arrow, this is the number of spaces available during this time slot. If you notice FULL this means there are no available spaces during this time slot.
  • Click on the time you wish to book.


You are now in the LifeFIT Drop In window  

  • Click on add and continue to basket.
  • You will be taken to your Cart

NOTE: You may also book additional times (within the 7-day window) by clicking add and book another


  • Click on Continue and proceed to make your payment to complete your reservation. If you are an Active RA LifeFIT member your check out fee will be $0.00.
    If your total has not been discounted to $0 you need to contact Member Services to ensure that your RA/LifeFIT membership is current and that your account is linked to your on-line profile.
  • You will receive an email to confirm your booking.

How to View and or Cancel a Court Booking

In the event you wish to cancel your Booking you can easily do so from your PlayRA account or by calling the RA's Member Services staff at 613-733-5100. Workout sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.


Login to your PlayRA on-line registration account.

Once you have logged in, you will be on the Home page. Please select “View Programs” from the left panel.



You are now on the View bookings page

  • Select “Drop in Bookings” 

To cancel a booking, simply select the booking time and hit the red “Cancel” button.

Confirm cancellation.
