Welcome to your March Break!Groups of 4 & 5 year olds, 6 to 8 year olds & 9 to 11 year olds
Campers must be the minimum age of the camp group by the day(s) for which they are registered. Each day is all about FUN! The RA Day Camp delivers a diverse daily schedule of age-specific activities, arts and crafts, physical activity and outdoor fun. This program encourages cooperation, increases self-confidence, teaches new skills; and promotes growth and development. Based on the various themes shown below, each camp transforms into a magical event brought to life by atmosphere, activities, our staff, and your children. Come for one day or all week long – no two days are the same! |
Camp Hours9:00am to 4:00pm
Complimentary pre and post camp supervision from 8:30am and until 4:30pm is included in your registration. |

FRIEND REQUESTS
Should you wish to request that your child be grouped with their friend(s) registered in the same camp program, please contact the camp supervisor at camps@racentre.com no later than the Thursday prior to the first day of camp.
CAMP TRANSFERS
Transfers within the RA’s Camp programs are subject to space availability and payment of fee differential (if applicable). Should a transfer not be possible, cancellation and refund policies will apply. Should you wish to transfer camps, please call Member Services 613-733-5100 for assistance.
INCLEMENT WEATHER PROGRAMMING
Rain or shine, fun is in store! Occasionally weather may require us to come indoors which may affect our ability to deliver the sport specific programming.. We will do our best to provide activities that campers will enjoy. There are no refunds on rain days or altered programming caused by inclement weather.
MISSED DAYS OF CAMP
In the case of exceptional illness that results in three consecutive missed days or more, a 50% credit can be provided. A signed doctor’s note must be provided in these circumstances. Individual camp days missed for any reason cannot be refunded or credited.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
To cancel a camp registration, please email info@racentre.com with your child’s name, the name of the camp, the date of the camp and supporting documentation where applicable. Cancellations cannot be done on-line.

- If written cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the camp session - Refunds are subject to a $20 administration fee per individual (this fee is waived if the amount is left as an account credit) and will be refunded by the same method of payment. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks processing time.
- If written cancellation request is received within 30 days of the beginning of a camp session - Refunds or account credits will not be issued other than in extraordinary circumstances, and medical documentation (case-by-case basis).
- In the event that your child tests positive for Covid-19 – Immediately notify the camp office in writing of your intent to withdraw your child from camp. You must then provide, at your earliest opportunity, an official doctor's note with your child's name on it In order to receive a credit or refund. No refund or credit will be provided without. *Please note that a positive rapid test does not count as a doctor's note. Refunds are subject to a $20 administration fee per individual (this fee is waived if the amount is left as an account credit) and will be refunded by the same method of payment. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks processing time.
- If camp programs are cancelled by the RA (or by provincial or local health authorities) a prorated refund will be issued by cheque .
