Visit the Guest Services counter at the Main Entrance (East Wing) to activate your one week pass to the RA Fitness Centre, and group and spin classes! Bring your coupon or simply mention ‘Cookie Run’ and a Guest Services Coordinator will get you set-up!
The RA's Fitness Centre includes a wide variety of strength training and cardiovascular exercise machines, free weights, kettlebells, BOSU, resistance bands, foam rollers, medicine balls and stability balls, and a TRX suspension training system.

And there's more! Such as: a highly qualified team of certified personal trainers and fitness professionals available to you in the fitness centre at all times, free parking, locker room facilities, free WiFi are all part of your pass.

RA Fall Fitness class descriptions
Cardio/Strength/Stretch Reap the benefits of a class that does it all. Cardio may be choreographed, drills, intervals (take a chance) combined with strength work for major muscle groups and a well deserved stretch at the end of class.
CoreFIT This class will help you strengthen your abdominals, back, shoulders and hips, as well as improve posture, flexibility and balance. By using effective training tools, you will strengthen and increase flexibility for your primary core muscles.
FusionFIT This is a relaxing mind and body class takes from a few disciplines (Yoga, Pilates). It is designed to improve posture, muscular strength and flexibility as well as overall wellbeing. No experience necessary. Come and feel welcomed by the music and the movement.
MuscleFIT A full body workout to build strength and lean muscle! Pump, pump, pump it up.
SpinFIT Enjoy our indoor cycling program with the best combination of motivation and music to keep you fit.
Stretch & Mobility Designed to help you achieve greater range of motion and muscle relaxation, this class blends targeted stretching techniques with dynamic mobility exercises to promote overall physical well-being and enhance your daily movement. This class is perfect for anyone looking to relieve muscle tension, enhance physical performance, or simply feel more comfortable in their body. Great for people just starting their fitness and mobility journey as well as those looking to refine mobility.
Taiji Traditional Wu Style Taiji class that is fantastic for your brain and body. Participants will be guided through this class with great care to improving muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, as well as exercising the memory for brain health.
Workout of the Day Join our trainer every Saturday for our Workout of the Day. The workout will be in the RA Fitness Centre and will change every month. Each workout will be posted in the RA Fitness Centre so once you have figured it out, you can do it again on your own.
