AquaFIT
|
Our pool season is short but sweet. On those summer hot days, dive into an AquaFIT class in the RA’s outdoor pool. No experience required and we offer exercises in both the shallow end and the deep end of the pool so you don’t need to be an Olympic swimmer to join in. Leave our aqua playground feeling cool and energised! This multi-level workout offers both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning using the water as gentle resistance. AquaFIT is designed to enhance your muscle and joint movement, capacity for strength and endurance, range of motion and flexibility. It’s a fabulous workout for all levels of participation, particularly for participants seeking an exercise program that will help relieve the painful symptoms of chronic pain syndrome, arthritis chronic fatigue, fibromaylgia, etc. Minimum age of 13 years.
