Good Health is Good Business - Whether it’s managing an on-site employee fitness centre, delivering an integrated wellness program, or facilitating a team-building event, LifeFIT Canada has been a leading provider of on-site fitness and health services in the National Capital Region since 1989.

​With the amount of changes we are all experiencing, the RA/LifeFIT community is a great way to reconnect. LifeFIT Canada corporate fitness members may transfer their membership privileges to the fitness centre and group fitness programs at the RA Centre on Riverside Drive until the Corporate Centre reopens.
