The RA Centre is located in Ottawa, Ontario, along the picturesque banks of the Rideau River, on Riverside Drive between Bank Street and Bronson Avenue. The RA is easily accessible from downtown Ottawa and other parts of the city by bicycle, public transit or car. Parking is available on site. The RA will make every reasonable effort to ensure that its policies, practices and procedures are consistent with the principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity. |

The RA Centre will be CLOSED on the following holidays: Christmas Day – December 25, 2025 New Year’s Day – January 01, 2026 Good Friday – April 3, 2026 Canada Day – July 01, 2026 Labour Day – September 07, 2026 The RA Centre will be operating on reduced building hours (8am to 4pm) on the following holidays: Boxing Day – December 26, 2025 Family Day – February 16, 2026 Easter Sunday – April 5, 2026 Easter Monday – April 6, 2026 Victoria Day – May 18, 2026 Civic Holiday – August 03, 2026 Thanksgiving – October 12, 2026 The RA Centre will be operating on reduced building hours (7am to 2pm) on the following holidays: Christmas Eve – December 24, 2025 New Year's Eve – December 31, 2025 Please note: In addition to the above holiday hours there could be additional closures/reductions based on business requirements. PARKING
Members and guests may park free of charge while using RA facilities and services.
WEST LOT (entrance off Riverside Drive closest to Bronson Ave Bridge)
The main entrance to the building is tucked behind the temporary white structure in the West parking lot immediately in front of the West Wing of the RA Centre.
EAST LOT (entrance off Data Centre Road - closest to Billings Bridge Plaza)
LOCKER RENTALS
Tired of carrying your stuff back and forth all the time? Don’t want to bring your gym or court shoes with you everywhere? We have the solution!
Convenient, affordable locker rental is available to RA members in the East and Central changerooms. Only select lockers are available to rent, identified by a tag hanging through the hasp. When you are ready, simply choose the locker you wish to rent, remove the tag and carabiner and bring them with you to the RA Guest Services Staff at the East Desk. Our fabulous team will get you set-up. Members must supply their own lock.
Annual Fee: $120/RA member
For further information or to rent a locker, please contact RA Guest Services in person at the East desk or by phone at 613-733-5100 ext 360.
DAY USE LOCKERS
Guests have daily access to lockers while participating in an activity at the RA. These day-use lockers must be emptied by close each night* and guests must provide their own lock. We encourage you to take advantage of our Locker Rental Service. Please stop by the Guest Service Desk on your next visit and enquire about renting a locker.
* Please be advised that we conduct regular and routine checks of each locker room. Without notice all unauthorized overnight use of a locker will result in the cutting of locks and removal of contents and will be subject to a flat rental fee of $25, payable upon pick-up of personal items from the Guest Service Desk. Confiscated items will be available for a period of 60 days, after which they will be donated to a local charity. This will ensure that lockers are available for guests wishing to take advantage of the rental service and Day-use lockers.

For Your Safety
Upon leaving the RA, please avoid making a left hand turn from the RA's West entrance onto Riverside Drive westbound. Instead, follow the RA's roadway along the front of the building and use Data Centre Road to safely turn onto Riverside Drive at the traffic lights.
