Winter 2025
Here are a few league details:
- Tuesday Recreational Co-ed Mixed
January 7 to April 15, 2025 - Wednesday Intermediate Co-ed Mixed*
January 8 to April 16, 2025
*Level of play is Intermediate to recreational versus Intermediate to competitive. - Thursday Recreational and Intermediate Co-ed Mixed
January 9 to April 17, 2025
Here are a few league details:
- Team and individual* registration available. *Individuals will not be vetted regarding their skill level. The RA will place 7-8 individuals on a team.
- Season will consist of 12 weeks of play and playoffs
- Game Times: 6:30pm, 7:30pm, 8:30pm and 9:30pm (Game times based upon the overall number of teams in the league)
- Games played 6 v 6 (for co-ed leagues minimum 2 women on court required)
- Games will be self-officiated.

Summer 2025 Sand Volleyball Leagues Registration required.
RASL Cancellation & Rainout Policy
Games will be cancelled in the event of unsafe playing conditions (i.e. field conditions due to heavy rain; thunder and lightning; etc.). We try our best to ensure game cancellations are timely, however, this is not always possible due to the unpredictable nature of weather. The RA will make the call on game status up to 5:00pm on the game day. For Softball it is the umpires' decision to determine the game status after 5:00pm. Once games have been cancelled, we will notify the team representatives via email; update the Rainout line (613 733-5100 ext. 198); and update the RASL X account (@RASportsLeagues) Sand VolleyballSummer Sand Volleyball League Details
This Co-ed Mixed League has two skill level options; Intermediate level or Recreational. Games are played as 5 on 5. Registration covers a max of 7 players. 12 regular season games are played plus playoffs. Here are a few league details:
