Whatever your fitness goal, our Personal Trainers can help you achieve it!
Are you over Netflix binging and need a boost? Personal Training is a no excuse option. We work on your time, at your pace, where you feel most at ease. Personal training sessions are available both in person in the LifeFIT Centre or virtually in your home. If you are not comfortable wearing a mask or are not ready to come back into the fitness centre just yet, we will come to you via an on-line platform that works with you.
Private One on One Training
These customized sessions allow trainers to design the most efficient routine possible to address your needs within the time you have to exercise.
Semi-Private Training (2 People)
Semi-private personal training involves 2 people choosing to work together with a trainer in a session. Fee is per two (2) people.

About matt Lewis
Matt has grown up with a love of multisport athletics. While playing organized hockey and varsity lacrosse, he discovered that it is determination and discipline that is required to excel in sports and in life. He believes that it is the effort you put into your goals that will get you the results you want. The key is to look at the individual as a whole - mind, body and spirit.
Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Studies from Bishops University and his Trainer Specialist certification from CANFITPRO. Matt is certified in TRX (Suspension Training), Kettlebell Academy and Tabata Bootcamp. Matt teaches challenging and fun HIIT and Boot Camp classes in a number of Corporate gym settings. He is continuing to add certification and innovative training techniques to his skill set.
Matt helps individuals and groups of any age by focussing on nutrition, strength, posture and balance. His creative programs and plans are designed to meet the needs and capabilities of each individual. Matt is an effective communicator and a team player who is well liked for his positive attitude, approachability and focus on results. His enthusiastic attitude will give you the information and extra push you need to accomplish your short and long-term goals.

About Anthony Biggs
Anthony has extensive experience in the fitness industry. He holds Diplomas in Recreation Management and Physiotherapy Assistant and is also certified by Canfitpro as a personal training specialist. Anthony holds additional certificates in Active Aging, Stress Resiliency, Fascia and Body Assessment, DTS Kettlebell and DTS Level 1.
Anthony specializes in training older adults. He is very conscious of body alignment and form, starting slowly to ensure you are using the mind to body connection before progressing to the next level.
Anthony believes in living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. He actively plays hockey, tennis, squash and swims. He believes that fitness should be fun and aims at making your fitness experience as enjoyable as possible.

About Deepak Mishra
Deepak is a dedicated fitness professional and a NCCA certified Personal Trainer. He studied at the British Columbia Personal Training institute and received certification from PTA Global. Deepak is also certified in Group Personal Training from NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine).
Deepak was an athlete from an early age, playing sports like Cricket and Tennis. His goal is to help diverse populations achieve their fitness and strength conditioning goals. Deepak wants to help you achieve your ideal fitness level and will work with you throughout the process.
Deepak’s Philosophy on Fitness: It’s not the weight you can lift, it’s the way you lift the weight. He will teach you proper technique which will help you achieve your fitness goals.

About Prabhu Durai - Strength & Rehabilitation
Prahbu is a graduate from Algonquin College’s Fitness and Health Promotion program and a CSEP certified Personal Trainer (Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologist). He has a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy from his native India and has eight years of experience working as a Clinical Physiotherapist in a multi-specialty hospital and assisting sports physio. Prabhu strongly believes that the health benefits of healthy and active living are immeasurable.
He epitomizes the famous and true saying ”Health is Wealth” through his guidance, motivation, teaching and safe and effective exercise program designs for all age groups.

About Will Hergott
Will is a certified personal trainer with a passion for exercise, athletics and strength training. As your trainer, he will design a custom fitness program specifically tailored to your needs and abilities. Will can help you take your fitness to the next level regardless of your experience or physical ability. Looking to keep up with your kids/grandkids? Looking to build muscle? Will can help!
Will received his personal training certification from Carleton University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in psychology. He got hooked on fitness and training early in his career and has never looked back. Will has a passion for fitness and learning. He constantly strives to expand his knowledge and abilities as a trainer. Will looks forward to working with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.

About Felicity Brown
Felicity is a CanFit Pro Personal Training Specialist and Fitness Instructor Specialist with 15+ years in the fitness industry. With experience in kettlebells, bootcamp-style training, and core conditioning, she has trained athletes, beginners, and everyone in-between. Whatever someone’s level, she still gets excited to see clients and class participants gain strength, confidence, and appreciation of everything their amazing body can do.
Felicity is trained in martial arts and enjoys incorporating it into her workouts - her Cardio Kickboxing classes have been a hit wherever she’s brought them!
Felicity believes moving your body – however you can, wherever you are, with whatever you have – has an instant, positive effect on a person’s mood and outlook. She’s here to spread the “Gospel of Sweat” and looks forward to working with you!

About Keira Samant
Keira is a Health and Fitness Promotion graduate from Algonquin college. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge and is working towards an Hon. B.Sc. in Human Kinetics, Kinesiology at the University of Ottawa.
Keira enjoys powerlifting and kickboxing. She is a certified group fitness instructor who finds joy in helping others feel confident and strong in their own body. Keira is enthusiastic about mental and spiritual health alongside physical health.
Keira’s goal is to ensure members feel welcome and get the most out of their workout. She strives to provide the best experience for everyone. Keira is always willing help members learn new exercises and navigate equipment. She enjoys sharing her knowledge about health and fitness but is always happy to chat with members.
